Someone is accumulating VIP @ 40 sat +-. Look at the graph and also the sell walls that appear when the pump starts. VIP should hit at least 80 sat but this guy is having a ball collecting before a proper pump.

The only indication of an addition to another exchange is @Magaura asking for it to be added to bittrex. So its pretty much hope atm
