Hello and good day. I made two transfers yesterday @ 12:37 pm est via money gram at a time you guys had issues processing orders through your back ups. I sent multiple messages about this and last night I received to confirmations in my email that the orders were paid out. Only one of the 2 were paid. One was for a total of $503.95 and the other was for $501.95. I have sent multiple emails and called numerous times but no one has gotten back to me. I sure could have used my money 18+ hours ago when i placed the order.

Please help me and also it would be nice if you would refund your fees to me as well since it has taken much longer than an hour..
