where do you put the .conf file? In the Roaming/Procom folder? I can't get my wallet to sync 
go to your windows explorer and type %appdata%, search for folder named PROCOM , open it , create new text file, name it procom.conf , then past in this codeCode:

This is the exact method I used to sync my wallet and I am glad I did it's just unfortunate that the admin did not make it or part of it POS so every one who cannot can also make a profit from staking or letting the wallet just run on their machine..
