You know, I posted about that possibility earlier in the XCR thread (as a joke)... when someone posted that Bter had blockchain issues and was just trying to fix it now... 2 hrs before the ICO ended... when for weeks they wouldn't fill up their hot wallet. Evidently they actually did try to cash out their entire coldwallet for Lisk... amazing.

I expect they'll try to say they had withdraw issues or something, so sent the entire cold wallet (somehow)... and then try to match valid withdrawals? But how can anyone know which are even on the level at this point?
