Clearly shows that cecvw wen't batshit crazy when he didn't get a cut of the bounty which was also when he found his sense for "justice".
Anyway it has litereally nothing todo with NEM itself. Kodtycoon acted by himself. Yes, the devs knew about him testing exchanges but I doubt they knew about him using someone elses coins to do so and even if they did, I don't see what they could/should have done.
If you're wondering what the hell cecvw and dannac want to acoomplish at this point...noone knows. I don't think he knows.
