I don't think you are an idiot. It's still not late, moreover it's very early to grab a piece of Ethereum pie. If this is headed where we all suspect it's headed, this is still a great time to get in.

You know, at one moment in history 1 Btc was under a dollar. Then it shot up above $10 at one moment. I bet there was bunch of people thinking they are late to the party as well. Look at it now at $400 or when it even touched $1200. You need to keep things in perspective!
