How do I verify how much lisk I have. I created my passphrase and when I put it in here

The passphrase you obtained from generating keys during the ICO exchange process is for accessing your account once the real main net is launched, which has been tentatively scheduled for April 11th.
You can check your estimated LISK amount when you
sign in to your ICO exchanges account.
