What would be the conditions for this job?

Between, the guys commenting above must be kidding, 8 ~  10 USD per hour of audio? I have seen quotes of around 1 USD per minute. No matter if you live in one of the countries with the shittiest currencies should you work for that low; even if the whole audio were perfect, it would take around 4 times its lenght to transcript it (an estimation I read somewhere, which I find reasonable). So, this will be a work of between half and a full day (8 hours working day), for 10 USD?

The only way I see someone working for that low is delivering bad quality transcription... (I remember about a month ago user lolgato was offering really cheap English - Spanish translations; it turned out that he was using GT -or any other machine translator- and the results were useless).

Depending on the conditions of the job (when defined), I might be interested. I would suggest at least 40 USD per hour or 20 without guarantees (not putting much effort in completing missing words, etc.).
So, I looked around various online audio transcription businesses and observed that the price you suggested was just right. $1/minute is the standard among many services, but I think it should be lowered to about 0.75$ per minute or ~0.0125$ per second (to be fair). Anyway, it's all on you, bitspill.
