As I said in an earlier post, I believe the situation was handled wrongly and should have been resolved much sooner. Considering that your funds have been returned now, do you still consider the issue to be unresolved? If Yes, please explain what is still pending.
Smaragda thank you very much for your email and apologies but you have done nothing wrong but I still appreciate your kind word. The fund were refund only after 9 days asking him to return and only did return it when I started to post here the first time if not I would have not received. Thanks for saying thanks and sorry but you are not a member of the NEM team and I was asking that from them long time ago and this is what I am was asking but still not answer
