a) You have their advertisment in your signature. This usually means they are paying you to post in the forums.
b) You speak about Fortune Jack as if it is your job to respond to FJ customers and convince them to think highly of FJ.

However since you are bringing this up then Im going to answer you as well. We as the representative of their signature campaign got a limitation in knowledge regarding fortunejack and any serious concern that you have needs to be addressed directly by their staff member and not us, period.
