A nice and safe method to gamble is to keep track of all of your wins, money bet, percentage of loss to win ratio... all the data in a excel spreadsheet. I don't do it because i don't gamble a lot, but for people that gable this must be a required practice, otherwise you will haven o notions o what the hell are you doing with your money and lose a ton in the long term.
This wont help a lot IMO, mostly gamblers will forget about it when they are on the game. Just like gambler's plan before gambling, i.e "just wanna make x2 of bankroll" but when the gambler playing on the game and reach x2 already, he will forget the plan and continue to play because of greediness.
nothing stopping a degenerate addict from using their other wallets too though, its all a matter of self control, something a lot of people lack.
