You're simply lying here. None of the devs is in contact with any exchange.

Any contacts with exchanges are usually handled by marketing team.

The word dev in crypto land is pretty much anyone involved in a project. I'm positive some people don't even realize it's short for developer and just use it to describe anyone working in anyway on a project.
