I made a BitInstant Moneygram transaction on the 29th at 3:27 pm PST and it hasn't gone through 3 days later. I've sent numerous emails to support starting one hour after it failed to hit my MtGox account. Support replied that they are doing ZipZap orders by hand due to some delays with MoneyGram and ZipZap. Is that still the case? I just hope it goes through, it's pretty frustrating to see 00000 in my MGX account every time I check. Charlie could you help me please? The reference number is 53475667, the amount $483.95, account number 844533760.
same problems here, two transactions on moneygram went through successfully, no credit in my btc-e account. it has already been two days for me. seems the people throwing the fits and accusations are getting credited first. nice guys finish last!!

Hey, thats not true. THis is the first time we were alerted to your issue. I know its been two days, but we were not alerted to the failure.
