Those who sent iotas to addresses with index 1+ should send them back to the genesis address (or an address generated with index = 0) by the 26th of March 13:00 UTC. Those who know how to send iotas via API calls can send them to the buyers (to addresses generated with index = 0 only). After the deadline I'll publish the list of addresses (in old format) and corresponding balances. This list will be used for conversion from old to new format, escrow agents can rely on it to finalize some of the trades.
