My least favorite thing is the waiting process to receive and send. It should be more instantaneous.
The slowness is for the protection of the transaction parties. I can wait for 1 hour for the 6 confirmations. There is no problem at all.
Well, it should still be instantaneous in my honest opinion because sometimes, people happen to be in situations where they're actually in a position where they're desperate for money in the next hour. Not to say that I'm this desperate, but you know how people can be sometimes. Usually when it takes too long, my first thought is to think my money was hacked and that's why I say it should be instantaneous.
