.As you can see I'm not on the forums too much - I avoid them too much FUD and negativity normally. Anyhow how would we do escrow? No one on here that I know and trust. Also I have 12 units located in Raleigh NC USA.
I understand your concerns but it will give prospective buyers confidence if there were some pictures and escrow could be used.
