A lot of people have a gambling problem these days but its also logical because gambling can be highly addicting like a game.
Most likely this is because of the feeling you have won and you want that again without knowing it you can addicted to it.
Overall I'm thinking self control will help the most people.
People which are losing in initial stage and they see that recover of money is impossible many times stop playing.
But people who win at the beginning, mostly will become a gamblers.
So, what you mean is, gamblers that lose in the initial stage isn't a gambler, but a gambler become a gambler when they win at the beginning? That is complicated. How did you know that gamblers that lose in the initial stage will not become a gambler?
