It's depend though, if you gambling on games like dice sites, poker, blackjack and roulette, yes you need luck. But for sportsbook luck is not 100% important. and i think sportsbook is have safe methods to gamble

But if you keep doing it like that thing will go worse and you will bet more and more to increase your profit. New account doesnt have real effect, what I know if you have played on some dice site which can change seeds, you dont even need to keep on making a new account just to get your profit though
