It claims to fit only the cobra but it fits perfect on mine. the knobs on either side are the spring loaded rods with hooks on the end. so you can attach it to the grill of the blower.
The middle hole is attached to the dryer duct work. the right side (closest to camera) is open and blows towards a door that separates finished from unfinished side in the basement. the last hole is capped forcing the air into the other holes.
