Science is generally unwilling to recognize God, even though science has proven God. The point is that scientifically speaking, through the science proofs, we do not have free will.

People who accept God and what God says in the Bible, know that people have free will held open by God, and that God works with the free will of mankind.

Since you don't accept God, you might as well admit that you don't have free will, even though you do, because God holds it open for you. Of course, you could always accept God and start to recognize that you have free will.
