Just moved some bitcoin and had 3 confirmations within 10mins. i paid the minimum fee that core required which was 0.00001433. i think bitcoin is working fine, and tells me that the transactions waiting confirmation must have no fee what so ever, would you agree?
You are quite lucky to had 3 confirmations within 10 mins. Normally it take 30 minuets for the 3 to 6 confirmations. Most of the people complain that transaction time take way too long and this is something thats needs to be rectified.
