Hey guys, first of all I am not sure if this topic is suited to be posted in here.
Now here is my problem. Recently I lend someone and the loan term was supposed to be onl for a couple of hours. 24 hours had already passed and yet bo response from the borrower. I did wt hold of his account as collateral but still I was expecting a response fro his temporary account. Now should I already consider it as a loan default if he fails to communicate and pay within the terms?

I know you guys provably already know which account I was referring to so please don't leave the account any feedback as it was given as a collateral an it would be my loss if the account got any kinds of bad feedback.
