Yes, there will be monthly transparency reports. We will tell how much BTC/USD went to marketing, how much to salaries, how much to hardware, how much to infrastructure.. And so on. 
That would be great.I still dont get when the devs of succesful ICO team says, we dont spend a single satoshi on market support.
If I have 6 million at my disposal to make a product succeed, I would be willing to buy back from the market below ICO price, which I can dilute later when the features are delivered - making more money for the further development of the coin. If the devs cant do that, it shows lack of faith in their own coin to me.

If Apple, JP Morgan and Bank of America can do multi billion dollar buybacks then so can Crypto teams, it would be nice if the Lisk team put up some of their own big bid walls when the market inevitably pumps to aid the process and get the big publicity that a big marketcap results in
