Any updates? I dont understand why r u unable to activate that number for 6 months??? What s the lag?
Doubt that part of the story is a miscommunication from the provider. Phone numbers are "taken" for 7 business days after being deactivated before they are available again.
Or that is how it is in most countries anyway
Not sure if its real true though. I live in the worst country but providers don't do this as far as i know. My phone still works almost a year without using since I'm mostly using skype.
even when i call my brothers and sisters we use facetime application so i don't use SIM cards most of the time.
hope OP gets his BTC back though.
