Yes I read in the other thread that this is true. No idea why they wouldn't just ban everything from a US gambler but right now its where it stands.
I believe they ban locations where upper classmen might be living and since they have a big bankroll its a lot easier to win big amounts to us but small amounts to them eg. 10-50 btc
No! That has no affect, It is avaliable in the UK. We have more upper class people than America (I think).
It shouldn't be blocked in America. I know it cannot really be blocked in the UK unless they go to the EU court to get it approved.
