I thought it must have been talked about before, thanks.
The argument is that the IP just relays the blocks and doesn't mine them, and that it must be a well connected relay.
But the IP is not listed among "hub nodes", http://blockchain.info/hub-nodes.
The site relays blocks only during network hash-rate peaks, as I remember.
So they switch on their fast relay during network peaks and try to confuse everyone
