Yes, you have definitely to have bring that amount with you as there is a 50% chance for losing and 50% chance for winning. Once you win no need to be greedy and play again as luck no more remain all the time.

You will never have 50% chance to win and to lose because in every dice games there is house edge which means you will lose if you play longer games. That is why you should use some strategy to get some profit

Actually you do. You can even bet with 98% win change. But of course, if you want to double your money with each bet the best you can get is 49.5% win change.
And it doesn't matter if you use some "strategy", the house edge is still there...
