But do not see only the bad side of bots...
Before bots claim on your site human botmakers have visited your site and have investigated.
I see all the bots on my sites...and often they make me money but do not earn money...because a bot is only a bot...and if you programme time to time "anti-bot" the bot do not see them.
So the account is frozen so long a human has not solved the "antibot"
So people are not often bored by anti-bot...
I believe that sometimes anti bot are not against bot but against users.
