What he were saying is that some people with high salaries spend those all and get the credit card to keep the consume,soo those people should try to reduce or avoid some things.I know  a person that get all salary spent all months and come to me asking for some bucks,to repay on the payment.Its all a question to know how much you get and are able to spend.
