Incorrect. April 4th they'll tally how many ICO participants have generated their passphrase and keys. If enough, then it hits exchanges April 11th, if not then the launch will be delayed.

I think 4th will never be possible cause the real chain need to be running in order to send the coins.

April 4th was never meant to be possible... it was only the date of when they were supposed to check the amount of people who have validated keys..
