I sent some coins to coinwallet.io but it's been like a week and still no POS payment yet. anyone else using coinwallet have that problem too?

I talked to the support at coinwallet and they told me the following:
"We are looking into this now.
As far as we can see there have been no stake rewards unless the devs of INFX changed how stake reward are recorded. We have contacted them to enquire."
I have the same question as you about this. Will be interesting to see what they say about this.
