The "ethical issues" you're raising are rather unsubstantial claims... What you argue is that they're not "fair enough" for you. Well they're a betting website! They're not going to guide you through everything and they're going to take as much as they can on the path of course!!!!

What's important is that their service is excellent, that the amount of games/players is amazing, that their support is always ready for help and that they always have new features every month. That's why they're a successful website and why I'm more than willing to advertise them.
