What is hyped? There is no price nor market yet...Can't those who wouldn't claim (let's say 6 months?) their LISK in time just get their BTC / CRYPTI refunded after a few months and those LISK that will be left assigned to Max or Oliver or something? That way nobody is at fault. I doubt that more than a few ICO's worth of BTC won't be claimed until then.
I'd prefer if the not claimed LISK were re-distributed to other LISK holders or burned
