I think you should go away at least from your pc for a while.
You should stop visiting the websites which you learned or gambled before .
Dont think anymore about gambling and you can do something different to avoid gamble or go to sleep if you are considering gambling
The sad thing is that when you try to tell them not to think about gambling, they will think about it more cause it is their habit to keep getting themselves involve in gambling. So if you keep thinking of gambling, i dont think you can even go to sleep cause your mind will be wide awake.
decision to gamble has been made. If you have an urge to gamble, stop it and think about the consequences to your actions, tell yourself to stop thinking about gambling, and find something else to do immediately. Take a short break from gambling or find a replacement activity.
