But I do not think those models will get benefits from bitcoin value appreciation by saving some bitcoins for longer periods. They might be rushing to cash out bitcoins unless they are educated about bitcoin investment opportunities.

Not just these models, many people are rushing towards cashing out bitcoins regardless of their chances of getting additional profit by saving bitcoins. It is their business requirement and they have daily needs that will force them to cash out bitcoins. Nothing to blame these models.
