Bank. Wallet IS way too risky... even wallet paper. Bank will track everything but AT Least you have everyting documented.
Well, actually you are right about that. Both Bank and Bitcoin Wallet have their own advantage, Bank is more safer than bitcoin wallet, but bitcoin wallet is more easier to use for transaction, you only need internet.
