I have some PayPal stealth accounts with funds available to be withdrawn via Visa.

Any service where i could get prepaid cards and get the cash somehow? Years ago i did the same thing, but that website doesn't operate anymore.

Is anyone offering withdrawal service? And for what fee? If anyone trusted is doing this, please let me know.
