I think there is a very good chance the last prediction is true.
Everything will be digital by then and we can say goodbye to paper money as there won't be any trees left by then. 
Kidding aside, 20 years ago we were asking when it would be cashless society. Then plastic debit cards and credit cards came along. But we are still as we were 20 years ago questioning it.
