It's always better to do it yourself than to rely on other people to do the job for you. Plus it will be cheaper than that $14 you are offering.

OP, IMO, I think you can do this task by yourself with a virtual debit card. Get a virtual debit card from E-Coin(Wirex) or Spectrocoin etc., and load your card with Bitcoin.
Funny, I tried to get a card from E-Coin and it has been 4 days and the card is still not sent. Support is very unresponsive. I don't recommend them. I have lost a lot of time already, hope someone can help me this way.
