IMO Slack is a much easier way to communicate and share files with the community.


Slack and lisk.chat looks the same to me.

Slack is more useful when you're following multiple slack channels. While RocketChat+ does support that feature too, lisk is the only altcoin that uses it.


Slack may be ideal for cryptos with tiny communities who don't need to search & browse 10,000 most recent messages, but since Lisk chat is already passed 10k msgs, Devs would have to start on the Paid slack plans starting $6/user/month:

Sure they can tap into the $7million raised funds, but you don't want them to do that because the paid Slack plans allow admins to READ YOUR PMs to other users:

I also like the fact that chat.lisk.io helps boosts traffic to lisk.io, I just wish Devs can confirm that they're not collecting IP addresses and matching them to ICO investors !  Undecided


and not to forget lisk.chat data is not owned by third party (slack). good choice max  Wink
