Alcurex is pretty good exchange with honest and reliable owner, as far as I know. But the volume is really low, and trading is not very convenient. But support is good, especially if you contact owner on this forum.


I have an impression you have to contact Yobit via their chat (trollbox), to get some real support. "Blacksmith" (their admin) is often online there. Not sure if they respond to normal requests done through their ticketing system...
