The account he linked is mine, but I have never done an escrow via that website. If the buyers wants to go that route make sure I verify it here...not sure what weaknesses that site has.
The site has been around quite awhile, I'm frankly surprised more people on bitcointalk haven't used it. At any rate, if you'll provide local escrow then we can skip using the third party site.
It's actually funny.. We're choosing to trust the persona of your account rather than a trustless escrow system with multisig.. but whatever.
