Sorry for not responding for a while, have been busy with other stuff.
1. Shipping fee is worldwide included (but please state your country before sending payment...)
2. No refunds, but I am willing to send another for 50% off if the first one should not work.
3. As I've tested them now, the official writing speed is only 10 MB/s. They are indeed low quality with no real name given besides that it is class 10.
