looks ok, but may i suggest re-considering the min stake age?
this being a somewhat "hi-pos" coin, the 30 day min age is brutal!
this will be a hi-pos trading coin that noone can stake! (is your premine staking now?)

DubaiCoin-DBIC is a longterm coin and will have active development, I agree the 30 day staking age is a lot but bare in mind that this is not a hipos coin.
The pre mine is not staking now and at launch we will split the pre mine and that way there will be no advantage for dev's.
