bought from him on Skype (now I know never to do this again) and when I requested refund because account didn't work he got abusive and blocked.

Bought Netflix from his post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1414334.0, worked a treat on 1st April, contacted via Skype (my own naivety)and bought other 'subs' from him on 2nd April. none of them worked, when I requested refund he used delay tactics until I said I would report the scam and his reply was abusive and blocked me on Skype. I posted on his un moderated thread to warn others but it was deleted, BTW the Netflix no longer works.

I know it was my naivety and didn't realise just how many scammers are on this board but hopefully others will not fall into the same trap as I did. Looking at the post below there may be a resolution, I will update this thread if this happens.
