When I withdraw btc from havelock. it's shown pending forever. since half year ago.
Every time I send the mail to support@havelockinvestments.com. I'would have received a auto replay, tell me a "ticket" and a number. but nowhere I can check the "ticket", and no any response.
What's the matter about havelock investment？
Does anybody withdraw from havelock successfully?

I didn't get my withdraw, it is still pending.

And support just ignore me.
