Dollar cant disappear, there are a lot of people that will still using Dollar because they dont trust Bitcoin or they dont even know what Bitcoin is and that is also a reason.
Even with mass adoption, bitcoin still can't replace dollar. Possibly it can dominate the dollar system but not to the point of replacement.
People like many payment and currency options and it's really must for an economic growth.
