I just have read the updated OP. The project is interesting, however the prospects for the success of this project are 100% dependent on who is running it.

You write "Blockchain Ventures will acquire stakes in other blockchains or blockchain related projects that it views to be either undervalued or showing great potential.".
The main question here is - who is deciding whether some some "blockchains or blockchain related projects" are undervalued or overvalued? The abilities of that person are crucially important for the project.

Thus comes the question - are you going to reveal some identities behind this project? If not, how would you show you have the required knowledge or qualifications to successfully invest the funds into the right projects? Everyone could just write "I will take your capital and increase it due to profitable trading". But not everyone can make it profitable. How could potential investors be sure (or at least hope) your trading is going to increase the funds, instead of decreasing?
