Wouldn't do it.  Cloud mining schemes are mostly scams from what I've read, and there are way better places to put 20K to work.  I wouldn't even invest in crypto, but that's another story. 

If you believe in bitcoin, I would just buy bitcoin.  Everything else is extremely risky and you're likely to lose money.  There are tons of advertisements around here about job offers and business opportunities, but so much of it is scammy or poorly run.  Bitcoin enthusiasts so far have proven to be shitty businessmen.  Or scammers.
