I can do that though of course I can only ensure that the deal goes through and after I released the coins to the buyer I can not protect anymore. So please check out for yourself if neteller can be charged back or if there are similar risks. I can't tell about risks so it's up to the buyer.

with Neteller charge back is very hard not that simple like Paypal. so Trading with neteller is risk free, but the transaction charge will be concern. and that tooo a
